Terms and conditions for using Rexaver AI

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rexaver AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Rexaver AI is an AI-powered creative platform that provides various artificial intelligence tools for content generation, including but not limited to text, images, voice, video, code, and music generation.

Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Credit System and Billing

Credits

  • Rexaver AI operates on a credit-based system
  • Different AI tools consume different amounts of credits per generation
  • Credits may be purchased through subscription plans or one-time purchases
  • Unused credits may expire according to your plan terms

Subscriptions

  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

  • You may use your own API keys for supported AI providers
  • We are not responsible for charges incurred through your own API keys
  • BYOK usage may bypass the credit system for applicable tools

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Rexaver AI to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or promotes violence
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Produce content depicting child exploitation in any form
  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or credit systems
  • Use automated scripts to access our services without authorization
  • Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations

Generated Content

Ownership

  • You retain ownership of your original inputs (prompts, source materials)
  • Generated outputs are provided under a license for your use
  • We do not claim ownership of your generated content
  • You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws

Limitations

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
  • You should review all generated content before use
  • We are not liable for any consequences of using AI-generated content
  • Generated content should not be represented as human-created without disclosure where legally required

Intellectual Property

  • The Rexaver AI platform, including all software, design, and branding, is our property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or any part thereof
  • User-generated content remains the property of the respective user
  • Third-party AI models are subject to their respective terms and licenses

Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature
  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

Privacy

Your use of Rexaver AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party AI model outputs or behaviors

Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Remove content that violates our acceptable use policy
  • Refuse service to anyone at our discretion
  • Terminate the service with reasonable notice

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
